Long Queuing Durations and Appearance of "Unknown" Job Status

Dear HADDOCK Support Team,

I am a postgraduate student using the HADDOCK 2.4 web server to run simulations. I notice the jobs that I submitted is taking much longer than usual to completed, it usually takes 3-5 hours for HADDOCK to complete the previously submitted jobs, but currently the jobs I submitted is taking more than 20 hours up to approxiamtely 3 days, where all of the submitted job status are listed as “Queued” with one job having the “Unknown” status. I have also tried resubmitting the Jobs but to no avail. The Job ID that are taking longer than usual are 714391, 715380, 715963, 715970, 715973, 715974, 715975, 715976 and 715977. I have uploaded my HADDOCK 2.4 workspace history for your information.

Questions below:

I was wondering if the jobs I submitted are successfully reaching the HADDOCK 2.4 web server to proceed with the simulations?

Is the HADDOCK 2.4 web server currently facing some technical issues like for example due to recent updates of the HADDOCK 2.4 web server to the HADDOCK 2.5 version?

Are there a lot of jobs being queued up in the past few days?

I would appreciate if the HADDOCK support team could give me advice on how to solve this problem and answer the questions above. I look foward to your response.

Thank you. Kind regards.

Dear user,

We had some technical issues with our cluster, therefore reducing the time-to-response by quite a lot, and stacking the entire community requests.
We have updated it and it should go back to normal.
For your information, you can find statistics of the duration of queries at https://wenmr.science.uu.nl/stats#live, which should help you probe the current status of the server.
Also, please understand that theses are free and limited computing resources that are shared by the community, and therefore some latency can be expected sometimes.

Hopefully your runs will be treated in the near future.

Best regards
