Queued status for a long time


My job is QUEUED since yesterday. Is that normal? Last time I’ve submitted a job, an error occurred and I wait almost a week.

Your HADDOCK run is queued. Normally, it will start within a few minutes.
If not, this is either because there are many jobs running, or because you have submitted another run that has not yet finished.
Once your run has started, it may take an hour till several days to finish.
You will be notified by email when your run is finished.

You are using a free service. And it can be busy. So be patient :slight_smile:
