HADDOCK2.4 jobs stuck in Queued status for several hours

Hello,

I currently have three protein–protein docking jobs on the HADDOCK2.4 web server that have remained in Queued status with it0 = 0.0% for approximately 10 hours:

  • CD36_0115700_ALTA — Job ID 766957
  • CD36_1041300_INTERMEDIA — Job ID 766958
  • CD36_0300100_BAJA — Job ID 766959

I also submitted a test job using the same input files as the first docking:

  • TEST_CD36_0115700 — Job ID 767348

The test was successfully processed by the submission interface and the expected protein sizes were recognized (400 and 292 residues), but it also moved to Queued with no progress in it0. No error messages are shown.

I found a previous forum post mentioning that a high number of submitted jobs can cause long waiting times before execution. Could you please confirm whether the server is currently experiencing a long queue, or whether I should check anything specific in my submissions?
