Request to kill my stuck running job which blocks new queued submission

Dear HADDOCK admin team,

One of my jobs has been stuck in Running status for 2 full days with no further log output, it becomes a zombie process and occupies cluster resource. Since this running job cannot be cancelled by myself on the web interface, my newly submitted job is stuck in Queued state for several hours and cannot start running.

  1. Stuck running job URL: HADDOCK - Run fam129b_near320a_rab5_dock ID: 727403
  2. New queued job URL: HADDOCK - Run fam129bc3near320a_rab5_dock ID: 728757
  3. My registered account email: hy253@duke.edu

Could you please help force terminate this hanging running task to release computing slot? Thank you very much for your support.

There is a backlog of jobs caused by some infrastructure issue two days ago.
