Issues with Job Queue in HADDOCK: Request for Assistance

I am experiencing an issue with the jobs I have submitted to the HADDOCK server. All my jobs are stuck in the “queue” state and have not produced any results.

Could you please provide an update on the server status or indicate the expected timeline for jobs to be processed? Additionally, is there any way to monitor the progress of submitted jobs in real time?

If possible, I would also like to understand the cause of these delays. Could you provide contact details for the server administrator (e.g., an email address) so I can follow up directly if necessary?

There was an issue with the grid submission on the backend of the server.
It should now be fixed and runs should proceed.
