Job running stopped at it0 78%

Hi. I submitted a protein vs protein job 10 days ago in the web server with the Easy Interface. It seems to be stopped at it0 78%. If there is no solution to continue the running, I would like to stop it and start a new one.

There is no active run that old on our server… Something must have gone wrong somewhere.

Thanks for your answer. What can I do now? I would like to start a new job but I don’t want it to be in queue waiting till the end of the previous one.

You can just submit a new one, since we cannot find it in the server it was probably cleanded already.

And we allow more than one run per user to be active.
