I queued three water-refinement jobs last week, each of them containing six chains, but only about 26 residues each. They are still queued and don’t seem to run or finish. I queued last week the same jobs and thought my inputs are the issue but I checked the chain id’s, residue numbers and hetatms and they seem fine. Is there currently a limit for chains/oligomers?
Job IDs are: 523249 ; 523269 ; 523270
There is simply a long queue of jobs. Multibody jobs typically are redirected to local resource because of CPU requirements.
