Queued states stuck using HADDOCK web portal

Hello, I am writing to you regarding a problem with the job queue in my HADDOCK web portal workspace. So far, I have been uploading jobs that have been completed in a relatively short time (between 1 and 2 days). My current problem is that in the last few days I have re-uploaded some jobs with the same proteins that I have been working with, but as of today there have already been days where they have remained in the “Queued” status but have not gone to the “Running” status. I have tried deleting the same jobs and uploading them again, but the same thing keeps happening.

I have also tried running a test with other similar proteins and I have not had this problem and they have run to completion. My question is, is it normal that my current jobs are still in “Queued” status and I should just wait for the analysis to start or is there an error with my protein inputs that I should correct?

Thanks in advance.

See: Inquiry regarding job queueing and not running

Now I understand the problem. I will shorten the protein then. Thank you.

Hi, I submitted eight protein files to Haddock 2.4 three days ago, still I can see the Queued the submission, HADDOCK results page. When can I get the results for the same. Please help me in this regarding.
Thank you, Mallikarjuna

Well - it’s life…

Most likely you are submitting large systems that get queued for execution on local resources.
And there is a queue of jobs.

So be patient, you are using a free resource.

At this time only two of your submissions are queued, and two are running from what we can see on our side.

Sure. Thanks a lot.
