I am contacting you because, although the platform indicates that my account is being activated, I am still unable to access HADDOCK and use the service.
I have already completed the registration and account confirmation steps, but when I try to proceed, I receive a message indicating that my account has not yet been activated. As a result, I am unable to log in and continue my work.
Could you please check the status of my account activation and let me know if any additional action is required from my side?
