I am trying to use Haddock 2.4 web server. However, the jobs are in queue for more than 24 hours. Is the Haddock server experiencing issues, or am I making an error?

Long queue indeed - some bad user settings caused the jobs to take a long time…
The situation should get back to normal, but it will take some time.
