HADDOCK 2.4 — batch of 8 jobs pending since 21 July

Hi,

I’ve seen the recent comments about the current backlog and the ~800 jobs/day throughput, so I appreciate the queue is busy — but I wanted to flag mine in case it’s the “unusual” case you mentioned rather than normal load.

I submitted 8 protein–peptide jobs on 21 July (~14:30–14:55 CEST); all are still Queued, none has moved to Running.

Job IDs: 734078, 734086, 734087, 734089, 734090, 734091, 734093, 734094 (all DPP4_*).

Standard runs via the EASY interface — a DPP-IV receptor (single chain, ~730 residues) plus 3–32-residue peptide ensembles, default sampling.

Happy to keep waiting if it’s just backlog; I just wanted to check before resubmitting, so as not to add duplicates to the queue.

Thanks,
Oliver (om894)

This must be resolved by now as those runIDs are no longer queued.
