Saving docked files

Hi.

I am about to submit a manuscript for publication. I have docked around 100 models and I will be using the data for about 40-50 models in my paper. But I just checked, the runs have been deleted my server and I am not able to download the zip files. Is it necessary for show all the raw data (zip files) or just numerical data of the selected models in each experiment will be fine? It would nice if someone can help me out in this!

It is good practice to provide a table with the cluster statistics.

And as an advise (for the future), do save the parameter files returned by the server (the json files). Those do allow to repeat the run using the file upload option (and could be provided as SI for a publication).
