The results of a calculation completed on 2025-08-03 are inaccessible to me. The job ID is: 531956. The error message is:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.
Is there a way to get hold of the results?

It starts showing then throws the error message.
Try adding .tgz to the link, this should trigger the download - at least you can have a look at the results

Prior Job ID 530481 was the same calculation but include water refinement. 530481 failed in the water refinement step, to my surprise. So I omitted water refinement from 531956. Could the odd behaviors be related?
Difficult to say what the problem might be.
Could be the size, or some problems (e.g. clashes) are causing issues.
This would also happen at it1 - check the structures/it1 dir for the presence of .fail files.
These indicate the flexible refinement failed and only a minimisation was performed.
By default the server only performs a final energy minimisation.
I don’t see any .fail files in it1/
Size and clashes do seem like reasonable hypotheses.
