Thank you so much for providing the haddock easy interface service. For the past few days I’m facing a little problem in haddock runs, as I have not yet got results of a few runs that I submitted almost a week ago. I was monitoring the progress too, after the run was over I couldn’t get the result page. Any idea why that could be happening ?

First a problem with a RAID controller on our server, then the cooling of our server room falling off.
The situation is under control but not yet back to normal. Because of that we had to limit our processing capacity.
And add to that quite a lot of submission of the last week.
