PRODIGY Result not showing

Thanks for reporting this, there’s an ongoing issue that is being worked on that is causing your job status not to update.

In your specific case the error is

ERROR: Ligand identifier TRP found 2 times in chain A of the input file. Please remove the redundant molecule(s).

While we work on the issue, you could try to address this issue and try again.
