Problem in submitting a new job

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Zekun Meng, a student from Henan Agriculture University. I am currently conducting fundamental research on protein-antibody interaction and structural docking.

I have registered an account with the email address mengzekun22@163.com. And confirmed the email. However when I attempt to submit a job, the page keeps redirecting to the homepage. I wonder if my account has not been activated .I would be appreciated it if you could offer any assistance. Thank you for your time and support. Looking forward to your reply.
