Issue with Haddock2.2 output

Hello,

I have been trying multi body docking recently and a couple of time the web output and the gzipped tar file have not included the results about the best clusters. In addition, when that happens, I don’t get the email saying the run has finished.

I would appreciate any help to avoid that issue.

In case you are running a large system is might take time… The tar archive seems to be there though.

As an advice, always try to minimise the system size by removing unneeded regions
