I forgot to save the HADDOCK score result page of the clusters. Is there any way where I can get all the HADDOCK scores of the clusters (Average for 4 best structures in a cluster)? I have the result zip file downloaded.
If you downloaded the tar archive, look for the clusters_haddock-sorted.stat_best4 file.
This contains the average cluster scores.

Thanks this is really helpful. Is there any way where I can also get the z-scores of the clusters in the result zip file?
