HADDOCK parameter problem

Hello,

I want to know the total binding ability of two proteins, and I have read the parameters in the manual (http://www.bonvinlab.org/software/haddock2.2/manual,http://www.bonvinlab.org/education),I also read these two papers(Nature Protocol 2010 and JMB 2016).

I think this parameter represents the binding ability, dEint :binding energy (Etotal complex - Sum[Etotal components, but we don’t have that parameter in our haddock results.

Here are our HADDOCK results, which parameter in our result represents the binding ability of the protein?

|HADDOCK score|-103.7 +/- 6.0|
|Cluster size|5|
|RMSD from the overall lowest-energy structure|1.2 +/- 1.0|
|Van der Waals energy|-56.5 +/- 6.3|
|Electrostatic energy|-172.8 +/- 25.0|
|Desolvation energy|-13.9 +/- 3.8|
|Restraints violation energy|12.2 +/- 12.9|
|Buried Surface Area|1655.1 +/- 112.8|
|Z-Score|-1.3|

Thanks,

Chang
