Account permission issue: Profile shows GURU but cannot access Guru interface (HADDOCK 2.4)

Dear HADDOCK Team,

I am encountering an issue with my account permissions.

My profile clearly shows “Permissions: GURU” for HADDOCK 2.4. However, when I try to access the Guru interface (via submit/3), I am automatically redirected back to the Easy interface. I have tried clearing cookies, using incognito mode, and re-logging, but the issue persists.

I need to upload custom CNS topology and parameter files (.top and .param) for a modified residue (Lactoyl-Lysine, KLA).

Could you please check my account status?

The server uses now email as usernames. We need that info to check your status.
