Title: Cannot submit “Request elevated access → Guru” on HADDOCK server
Body:
Hello HADDOCK team,
I created a new account today and I am trying to request Guru access from my profile page (Profile → Request elevated access). My email is verified and my profile fields are filled in.
Issue
When I select Guru and type a description, the page will not accept the request (it noted that ‘failed to change permission). There is no visible error message.
What I have tried
-
Wrote the description in plain English, several sentences, no special characters.
-
Tried multiple versions of the text.
-
Reloaded the page and tried an incognito window in Chrome.
-
Browser: Chrome on macOS .
-
Account created through gmail.
-
Profile shows current permission level EASY.
Example description I tried
I request Guru access to perform shape restrained and data driven docking of two different proteins. I need to upload custom ambiguous interaction restraints derived from coimmunoprecipitation and truncation experiments, to define active and passive residues, to mark low confidence loops from AlphaFold as flexible, to exclude transmembrane segments, and to adjust sampling and weighting parameters. These options are essential for our academic project and are not available in the Easy interface. I will cite the HADDOCK web server in resulting publications.

Request elevated access page with “Guru” selected and description entered, but submit not working
Could you please help check whether there is an account-level or form-validation issue, or manually enable Guru (or advise me to use Expert first if that is more appropriate)? Many thanks!
Best regards,
zyi Yang
