Follow-up on pending GURU access request for HADDOCK2.4

I recently requested GURU access for my HADDOCK account, but my access level is still shown as EASY.

I require GURU access to configure advanced docking parameters, particularly random-patch restraints, for unbiased protein–ligand docking experiments involving fibrinogen and several antibiotics.

Could you please review my request or let me know if you need any additional information?
