Spoton error message

I submitted a protein-peptide pdb file with chain A and C. and got this error message to contact administrator. This is my first time to use Spoton. I am wondering if someone could please help me with this.

It could well be that a problem occurs when generating the pssm for the peptide…
How long is your peptide?
