Hi, I’m trying to run a job in CPORT, but after inputing my PDB file and clicking on ‘submit’ the result page seems to browse for forever. What could be the solution for this issue?

I just tested with a PDB entry (1CRN) and it worked fine.
What are you predicting?
Make sure to exclude any non protein components to avoid problems
I am predicting active and passive residues in a protein receptor. Fixed my pdb file and the issue was resolved.
