CPORT results in an error and no output

Hi all,

I’m running the CPORT analyses to prepare for the HADDOCK runs. For one of my structures I get an error and no active/passive residues (hopefully because of the error :)). The details are below

It looks like the BLAST search crashes? Could this be due to a mistake in the PDB file? It was generated in two parts by trRosetta and ‘fused’ in pymol, but the sequence is correct.

Considering that pretty much all servers fail, there must be a problem with your PDB file most likely.

Without it, difficult to say what the issue is.
