Dear Prof, I had submitted the protein(consist multiple of chains : PDB ID : 3BLH ) for predictions of residue in CPORT. However, it wrote that my prediction failed because they said my pdb file of that protein contain multiple chains with overlapping numbering. So how can I overcome this problem? because I want to know the active residues.
