I have a question regarding the output PDB file from a CPORT job.
How Do I visaulize the predictions as stated (Predicted (red) and surrounding (green) residues are in the B-factor (temperature) column) because when I download the file and open it with MOE or maestro I can not see the predictions as colored residues or in the project table.
We don’t use MOE nor Maestro, but there must be an option to colour residue based on the B-factor field.
pretty much standard in any other graphic software
