PRODIGY error: "Output not found, please report this error"

Hello,

I am using the PRODIGY web server to predict the binding affinity of a protein–protein complex.However, every time I submit my job, I receive the following error instead of the results:

Output not found, please report this error and the id.

I have encountered this issue multiple times with different job IDs:

  • 1707444

  • 1710688

I have already tried resubmitting the job multiple times, using different browser sessions and uploading the PDB file again.The same error occurs each time. Has anyone experienced this issue before? Is this likely to be a server-side problem, or could there be something wrong with my input file? I would appreciate any suggestions.
