How to retrieve the parameters from the results？

Hi All,
I having try to download the parameters of the results form HADDOCK 2.4 workspace, but the parameter file is now missing. The website suggests that I seek support based on the file information, such as jobid . Where could I get help to find the parameters of the previous file?

Any results older than two weeks are automatically deleted and can no longer be retrieved
