HADDOCK Web Portal Accout Activation Issue

Hello, I recently registered an account on the Bonvinlab Web Portal in hope to test HADDOCK, but I was met with this issue:

I have already clicked on the confirmation email. Please let me know if there’s anything I can do to resolve this.

Sorry for the late reply, the issue was resolved, the solution was simply waiting for about 4-6 hours.

activation is not automatic - using an academic email however speeds up the process if the domain is in our list of directly accepted emails
