If this issue has been reported my apologies for spamming
I am trying to upload 2 proteins for docking and I mention this at the beginning, but the page shows me more than 2 protein input sections.
Then when I upload my 2 proteins that I want to dock,there is no “Next” button at the end of the page. this means i cannot go to the input parameters page as my uploaded pdb files are not recognised.
Please let me know if this is some sort of server internal issue that is required to be resolved.

This is a new issue for us - did you try another web browser?
Thee default is 2 - and it should show by default two molecule tabs.
There was indeed something fishy…

thank you for the response. I used firefox this time. The input issue was resolved and i could see only 2 input sections as default. However, when i click “next”, it gives me this error

I believe the server is down for a while as no browser is able to respond to it.

We had to rebuild the server machinery - should now be back online
