HADDOCK 2.4 server not progressing (0.0% for all stages)

I would like to ask if the HADDOCK 2.4 web server is currently functioning properly. I submitted a few RNA–ligand docking jobs several hours ago, but none of them have shown any progress — the status remains:

it0: 0.0%
it1: 0.0%
itw: 0.0%

Normally, I observe continuous progress until completion in around two hours, but it has now been over four hours with no update.

Is it in running status?

If jobs are sent to the grid, the progress might increase all of a sudden when jobs return

And timings depend on many factors, include the size of your systems and the restraints you defined.
