Fnat? Fraction of native contacts for Protein-DNA

Hi,

I am trying to find the Fnat between two protein DNA complexes. Is there a way I can use HADDOCK for that?

i.e. I give my own complexes as input and HADDOCK gives me the Fnat score between the two?
If not, is there any other way to do that?

Hello Fareeha,

There is no specific interface that calculates the FNAT. However, we have a Github repository that gathers the scripts we are using to perform FNAT clustering in HADDOCK (also called FCC):

You can follow the instructions until the clustering part that you most likely don’t want to perform.
