Finding the binding energy of a Protein_DNA complex

Sir,
I have docked my protein-dna complex by using HADDOCK server i want to see the Binding energy of each cluster that is generated by HADDOCK i saw prodigy have protein-protein and protein-ligand binding energy calculations are there but didnot find for protein-dna complex and how to calculate internal energy of the complex
Can you please help me out with a high priority its urgent

We don’t have any tools that can predict the binding affinity of protein-DNA complexes, nor am I aware of any reliable tool.
