@honoratorv Thank you for the help. I successfully ran and processed my job for DISVIS. The output has been generated "Archive of the complete run with images"but after downloading it doesnt show any files and winRaR keep on displaying that its corrupted. The size of the output is 40B. Is it really the problem with my system or their is no output generated.

thanks for reporting this one as well, there was an issue with the creation of the archive in which it ended up corrupted, this was on our side. I have just deployed an update and it should be fixed now, please re-run your analysis and let me know if there are any issues :mechanic:

Thank you so much. Now its working and results have been generated with all the images and output files.

I have one more doubt. I have the XL-MS data for my protein-protein complex. I want to know, if a protein complex is multimeric and I have 2 or more chains as fixed chain and 2 chains in scanning chain. Is it possible to submit multimeric chains as input chains?

glad to know its functional

that one is a question for @amjjbonvin

DISVIS can only scan two molecules at the time. So it can not answer your multimeric question.

We have a related tutorial for this. Check:
