Files are cleaned and properly formatted. Restraints generated through XMAS filter with a salt bridge and known disulfide. Not sure what I need to do?

Thank you. Since this program scans against a rigid body, one of my restraints was for the rigid body and therefore didn’t work. A short scan without that restraint worked and I’m trying a longer scan without a salt bridge restraint whose Z score was poor. These are amazing programs. Thank you and your team for all the hard work maintaining and inventing new ones.
