Confusion regarding force field

Are “AMBER99SB*” and “AMBER99SB*-ILDN” the same force field? If they are different can someone point me to the relevant publications describing them. Thanks in advance.

AMBER99SB is the evolution of the ff99 AMBER forcefield, with improved backbone dihedral parameters, explained here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4805110/

AMBER99SB-ILDN is the evolution of the AMBER99SB forcefield, with improved side-chain torsion potentials, explained here:
