Hi there,
I am trying to dock 4 same beta subunits to a transmembrane protein complex (integrated by 4 alfa subunits). I upload these 5 files and fill out the required data, including the active/passive residues which actually I put them in one single selection for each molecule (I erase the other 3 that the Haddock displays by default, is this wrong?). I specify that the protein complex residues interact with the other 4 beta subunits (selections 2, 3, 4 & 5) and these 4 only with the protein complex (selection 1).
When I try to proceed to the next step, this statement comes up: “You must supply either active and passive residues for both selections or for neither of them - Selections #1 and #2.”
What am I doing wrong? Why is this happening? I believe I am correctly introducing the residues.
