Hi,
In the emscoring output, the file names are changed to this (eg. 1_emscoring/emscoring_160.pdb), not the original file anymore.
How do I match the modified name to the original name?

You can use haddock3-traceback
with as argument the run dir. It will point to the corresponding models in the 0_topoaa directory.
If these come from an ensemble, the number will correspond to the order in the original ensemble PDB file you gave to haddock3
Hi,
This might sound a little dumb, but can you help me a little bit more with how to do this part in the command?
" You can use haddock3-traceback

Actually it is run by default. Check your run dir for the traceback directory and the file in there.
And the command simply: haddock3-traceback
Hi,
Thank you for the quick reply. I think the traceback folder is available in full docking run. While just doing the scoring, it doesn’t give traceback. Am I missing something here?
It is also generated in the scoring mode - just check using the scoring examples.
Check the content of your run folder.
