Hello again this will be my second question in a week, I know its a lot but this field is new for me. I have docked two proteins with cluspro and wanted to check the interacting residues with WHISCY however it said:
FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: ‘ClusPro_model2_B.pscons’
Why this error occur?
Did you submit the complex?
Best to submit the separate molecules as whiscy works on single proteins and not complexes
