I have anti-microbial peptide structure, and then i obtained a fungal membrane structure for a particular database, i want to perform docking between the anti-microbial peptide, as a ligand, and then the membrane as a receptor, is this possible?
The server can handle a membrane (at least we have seen successful docking runs).
All lipids should be defined as HETATM
But don’t expect the peptide to penetrate in the membrane…
