Powerfit error:Request not submitted

@honoratorv I am using powerfit to do a fitting of a cryomap density. after submitting the reuest, it shows “Request not submitted, contact to the support”. How to fix this?

thanks for reporting it - this could be happening due to many reasons. I have just updated the error messages to be more informative, so could you please try again and see what error you get now?

@honoratorv I have tried to run a fitting of cryo map with my model. The cryo map isize is bigger than the 100 MB. I have mailed to the given mail id also for this, but didn’t get reply. How can I fix this?

I’m afraid there is a hard limit of structure + map to be maximum 250MB. If your data exceeds this filesize you can try to run it locally, have a look at: GitHub - haddocking/powerfit: Rigid body fitting of atomic strucures in cryo-electron microscopy density maps · GitHub
