Determining the stability of a protein-receptor complex

1/Can we measure the relative binding affinity of a protein towards its receptor and determine the relative stability of the same protein-receptor complexes from different strains by using the data and scores given in the HADDOCK result, and can conclude which protein-receptor complex is more stable?

2/Can we measure the Gibbs free energy of the structure from the Haddock result?

You can try to predict it using different software, e.g. our PRODIGY web server.

But do realise this is very challenging. All methods pretty much have their limitations, even when starting from a crystal structure of a complex.
So prediction from models is even harder.

So be careful in interpreting the results…
