I have got a problem that
symbol exists at the end of peptide sequence like this (CRLLKPLLC**
**) . I try to select the active residue of peptide as i want to make a protein - peptide docking . I don’t know what does this mean ? Is it a problem in peptide pdb file ? But I’ve checked it for errors and I didn’t find any error.

You can safely remove it, as probably not part of the peptide sequence.
Do you have multiple TER in your input PDB file ?
