All files of a cluster

Hello,

How can I download all files of a cluster? Only the top 4 are available.

If not, how to know which file (complex_XXw.pdb, 200 files) belongs to which cluster?

Hi,
the complete run can be downloaded as a gzipped tar file in the link in the first line.You can find it just under the job status on the result page. Hope this helps!

Thanks for your reply.

Actually, I found that the file structures/it1/water/structures_haddock-sorted.stat contains the list of the HADDOCK ranked structures. I needed the top 10.

Download the full run archive and look into structures/it1/water
All the info is there.

For each cluster you will find file.nam_clustX which tells you which model belong to that cluster, ordered by their rank
