Active residue solvent inaccessible

i have been trying to dock a small ligand to a protein but haddock tells me non of the active residues is solvent accessible. and i cant move further. please i need help on how to move further

Dear sani,

If you are using haddock2.4/2.5 webserver, please consider deactivating the Remove buried active/passive residues from selection option when defining active/passive residues in the input parameter panel (second form).

Thanks for the advice

I tried to deactivate that very option, but it tells me “You need Expert/Guru access to turn this off”.

But if none of your active site residues are solvent accessible you might have a hard time to get your ligand in there…
