X,y,z coordinates

Hi,
I used POWERFIT to fit a multi-subunit protein in a cryo-EM density map. In the solutions.out file I see x,y,z coordinates. How can I get the x,y,z coordinates for each individual subunit when I fit the entire structure?

Not sure I understand your question…

If you fit the entire structure then you will have the coordinates of the entire structure, i.e. the subunits as well.
