Running Prodigy for structure 500000
ERROR:
[!] Error when running freesasa:
[!] Error: Radius array is <= 0 for the residue: ILE ,atom: CD
I use notepad++ change CD ILE to CD1 ILE but it shows：
Error during parsing the input sructure: (500000(1).pdb - invalid literal for int() with base 10: ““A””)
