I hope you are doing well.
It has been running last 2 days since I had submitted successfully the protein-protein file for docking in HADDOCK server, but till now, no progression (stay at 0.0%), why? Also, I have selected only exposed active residues. My receptor & ligand contains 1049 and 602 residues respectively. Please help me to solve this.
