Refinement of haddock2.4 server

Dear all,

I have a quick question for the refinement.

I’m trying to do water refinement of my 10 models through the interface of Refinement on haddock2.4 server.

I also want to input some NOE distance restraints to do that, however, the Refinement interface does not has the options to add additional constraints for refinements.

Do you have any suggestions to do the water-refinement of the 10 models with NOEs through haddock2.4/2.2 server?
